Specific Accountabilities
1. Conduct innovative research and technical iteration of materials for protective products. Carry out screening, modification and innovative application of new textile raw materials focusing on core protection properties including impact resistance, abrasion resistance, puncture resistance and breathability, and deliver forward-looking material development plans and product technical routes based on market demands.
2. Lead the design and implementation of integrated solutions for protective products, including the selection and matching of textile fabrics, yarn, composite auxiliary materials and functional textile structures. Can apply cross-industry material application thinking to optimize material adaptation schemes and solve technical problems in product adaptability, comfort, protection performance and durability.
3. Master full-process textile technologies, conduct performance verification of textile raw materials, optimization of production processes and performance debugging of finished protective products. Manage key processes such as spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, composite and lamination to avoid unqualified protection performance and poor product stability caused by process defects.
4. Lead the prototyping, testing, iteration and mass production transformation of new protective products, formulate testing standards, process specifications and acceptance criteria for textile protective materials and finished products.
5. Track industry trends, new technologies and competitor dynamics of protective materials, integrate high-quality industrial technical resources, establish the company’s technical database for textile protective materials, and deliver technical research reports. Can provide diversified technical support for product innovation and cost reduction through cross-field material application capabilities.

Qualifications
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Polymer Materials or related majors with solid theoretical foundation in materials and textile disciplines.
2. Job Experience
With 5 years or above on textile or shoes industrial R&D is preferred.
3. Language
Good Command of English, could use English as working language, fluent oral English and writing skills.
4. Computer Skill
Proficient in Office software
Competencies
1. Solid professional technical foundation: Hold a solid academic background in Textile Engineering or Polymer Materials. Proficient in full-cycle textile technologies, with in-depth understanding of properties of various textile raw materials (chemical fibers, functional fibers, composite fabrics, etc.), core textile processes and structural & performance logic of protective textile products, capable of independent innovative material R&D.
2. Preferred relevant material development experience: Footwear material development experience prefers, which can empower the upgrading of textile protection solutions through material adaptation, structural optimization and performance tuning thinking.
3. R&D and problem-solving capability: Excellent capabilities in new material innovation, process optimization and technical tackling. Able to conduct special technical research on product performance defects, process bottlenecks and cost issues, and independently complete full-cycle project work including project initiation, scheme design, verification and iterative optimization.
4. Overall planning and project delivery capability: Competent in technical scheme planning, data analysis and standard establishment. Possess good cross-departmental collaboration. Equipped with acute industry insight to predict technical trends and sustain product innovation.
