YOUR TASKS

Daily trouble shooting for the line issues to ensure KPI achieve target.

Updating documents for line standard, FC, PFMEA, WI, forms.

Leading for annual validation tasks(MSA, VSM, SMED).

Meeting with TS/QPE to follow up open lops to ensure issues solved for production.

Involvement in internal and external pre-series audits in production and quality assurance, as well as supporting series auditing in agreement with the superior if appropriate

Prepare and update production and quality related documentation according to the guidelines as well as creating and updating the production master data

Support evaluation of risks using the process FMEA and taking customer requirements into consideration

Plan and coordinate the preparation of (initial) samples including component recording and provision monitoring the production of (initial) samples
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or above；
-
At least 1 year’s experience on manufacturing engineering in automation or electronics industry；

Read and write English.
