在指定的区域内积极开展公司产品的介绍和推广与医疗机构建立并维持良好的合作交流关系确保公司下达的各项推广目标的达成同时确保公司产品的市场占有率和增长率。
工作职责
区域目标
- 在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的目标业绩市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用
- 按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施
- 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
- 保持高水准的专业拜访不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系
- 挖掘现有市场潜力并不断开发潜在市场确保公司产品市场占有率的增长
- 执行公司市场开发策略和计划完成新产品的进药计划
- 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品
区域管理
- 通过区域目标管理确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的业绩目标、市场占有率和增长率并尽可能地开发辖区内的潜在市场
- 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动有效及充分地利用时间
- 定期分析区域情况,确立有潜力的市场作为区域发展的重点
- 及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务产品价格供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息
- 跟踪、了解医疗机构库存进货情况确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生
- 确保医疗机构每月产品的消耗防止产品过期退回
- 与市场和商务部配合和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系以使招标和医保目录评审的成功
- 了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见
- 及时、准确地完成各项报表
- 有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源
产品知识
- 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
- 通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用
- 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
- 阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告
- 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

- 确保在产品推广和日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度确保自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则

工作经验:
- 2-3年医院医药代表工作经验外资制药公司工作经验优先
技能:
- 岗位技能产品及市场知识产品推广技巧及流程区域管理业务的敏锐性辅导他人
- 行为能力以客户为中心聆听解决问题正直可靠以行动为导向
- 进阶行为能力自我认识表达技能时间管理
