Job Description:
Develops IT Solutions. Leverage Agile and DevOps practices to build their IT solutions, making extensive use of AI-assisted development throughout the SDLC. They understand the business value their IT Solutions deliver. They understand how to develop on multiple development platforms (i.e. MS Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Web). They design and build AI-powered solutions and AI agents as a core part of their work — either for AI platform capabilities or for global digital products. They work in small Development Teams owning the Sprint Backlogs. They continuously look for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes leveraging automation, new (ARB approved) tools, and exploring new development platforms together with DevOps Engineers. They work hand-in-hand with Operations Engineers to improve flow between Development and Operations to deliver value faster.

Qualification:

Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications and building AI agents (e.g. LLM integration, function/tool calling, RAG). This is a key requirement.

Highly proficient with AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) as a daily part of the development workflow.

Proven experience in Java. Having experience of Java performance optimization and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript or Go is a plus (Python preferred for AI development).

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in software engineering, computer science, information technology or related area. A minimum of 5 years software development experience

The ability to work independently

Solid understanding of micro service design and development. Experiences on Spring Framework SpringBoot/SpringCloud or Dubbo

Good knowledge in SQL and/or NoSQL database. Such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Mongo DB (vector databases a plus) are preferred
