SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We are looking for a Presales Consultant – Cloud & AI to support customers in their cloud and AI transformation journeys. You will work closely with sales teams, technology specialists, and customers to design compelling solutions, build trusted relationships, and drive business growth through innovative cloud technologies.
As a Presales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them navigate cloud transformation and AI adoption initiatives. Combining technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, you will identify customer challenges, develop solution strategies, and support the sales process from initial discovery through solution design and proposal development.
Key responsibilities:
- Engaging with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, technology challenges, and digital transformation priorities.
- Developing and presenting cloud and AI solution strategies that align with customer business goals and deliver measurable value.
- Collaborating with sales teams to drive opportunities through discovery workshops, solution positioning, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Leveraging your understanding of Cloud and AI technologies to support customer adoption, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across East China, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Monitoring market trends, industry developments, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
What we need to see from you
- Experience supporting or delivering Cloud and AI solutions within enterprise customer environments.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
