Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is looking for a Growth Creative Strategist dedicated to supporting the execution, optimization, and tracking of high-performing ad creatives that drive tangible business growth. Your ultimate goal is to support the creation of winning assets that deliver measurable business impact—acquiring new customers. You will develop a deep understanding of the criteria that make a winning creative, recognizing how these benchmarks constantly evolve alongside the algorithms of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- This is an execution-heavy, highly iterative role that requires a strong growth mindset. You won't just be managing a process; you will actively dive into performance data to understand why an ad wins or loses, translating those insights into actionable briefs for our production teams. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help shape compelling storytelling tailored specifically for the US consumer that directly impacts our bottom line.
Job Description
A) Creative Intelligence & Analytics (Core Focus)
- Analyze & Surface Wins: Utilize creative analysis tools to track daily performance data. Monitor metrics like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, View Rate, and CVR to help define what makes a winning asset based on current platform algorithms.
- Execute Testing Plans: Support the deployment of structured testing frameworks. Coordinate the systematic isolation and testing of different creative variables, including hooks, bodies, CTAs, scripts, messaging angles, and visual styles.
- Contribute to Strategy: Help execute existing playbooks and content frameworks. Brainstorm and suggest new iterations, formats, and hook angles based on performance data.
- Market Research & Swipe File Maintenance: Continuously monitor competitor intelligence and industry trends. Curate daily creative inspiration and maintain an active, highly organized swipe file to fuel the next wave of data-driven testing.
- Performance Storytelling: Learn and master the art of communicating the brand story through performance creatives, ensuring narratives are designed to build consumer trust while driving conversion.
B) Production & Workflow Management
- Drive High-Volume Output: Manage a high-velocity production schedule to consistently produce 15–25 high-quality ad variants per week, depending on the scale and complexity of the creatives. Track the status of all assets from ideation to delivery.
- Cross-Team Management: Act as the operational bridge for production. Collaborate seamlessly with in-house designers, video editors, and external agencies to ensure all creative deliverables are produced on brief, on schedule, and delivered on time.
- Translate Strategy to Execution: Take creative testing plans and translate them into clear, actionable, production-ready tasks for the execution teams.
- Asset Organization: Maintain a pristine, highly organized asset library. Categorize raw footage, winning creatives, and print assets so they are easily accessible to the broader team.
C) Quality Control & US Market Localization
- Rigorous Ad QC: Review every single ad variant before final delivery. Ensure the visual hook, ad copy, CTA, and landing URLs are flawless, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- US Cultural Relevance: Evaluate content through the lens of a native US social media user. Ensure the storytelling, pacing, slang, and hooks genuinely resonate with an American consumer.
Requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce digital ad production, social media management, or content coordination (prior experience with performance-driven ad creative is a major plus).
- Track record managing high-volume production with internal teams and external agencies under tight deadlines.
- Expertise in performance-driven Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads across static and video formats.
- Deep understanding of US consumer nuances for effective QC of copy, slang, and visual hooks.
- Hands-on experience using data (e.g., Meta Ads Library, Motion) to drive production decisions; additional attribution tools preferred.
- Mandatory skills in CapCut and Canva; proficiency in AI tools and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Highly organized with proficiency in project management systems like Monday.com or Notion.
- Trilingual fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive team player capable of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
