DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete full-cycle recruitment: clarify job requirements, recruitment channels coordination, resume screening, interview, prepare offer/salary proposal and onboarding follow-up for selected candidates.
2. Complete internal candidates selection, transfer and promotion processes
3. Track hiring demand, headcount gap, onboarding status and recruitment progress; provide regular updates and highlight urgent vacancies or hiring risks.
4. Support routine HR operations, including entry/exit/transfer administration, contract and personnel file management, probation follow-up, induction training, employee consultation, HR reports, visa/invitation letter applications and communication with government bureaus or labor service vendors.
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
SCOPE:
Independently drive recruitment execution and related recruitment reporting under the guidance of Senior HR Officer, while supporting daily HR operation and implementation of relevant HR policies.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree or above
PREFERRED:
Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, English, Engineering or related major preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
1-2 years HR working experience, with hands-on recruitment experience preferred; familiar with HR workflow and basic labor-related requirements. Manufacturing factory recruitment experience is a plus.
PREFERRED:
Experience in technician/operator recruitment, high-volume hiring, manufacturing recruitment, RPO/vendor coordination or large international manufacturing company preferred.

- Strong data sense and Excel skills;
- Good communication and coordination
- Detail-oriented, responsive, result-driven, patient and service-minded; able to handle multiple urgent hiring needs in parallel.
PREFERRED:
Good English communication ability; understanding of technician positions, manufacturing equipment/process terminology or recruitment channels is preferred.
