INTRODUCTION
We are seeking an Export Service Manager to join our Export Sales team. You will be responsible for providing technical service support for SRH stationary and mobile crushing and screening equipment and developing the aftermarket business in export markets.
This role supports customers and distributors through technical assistance, field service, equipment start-up, and training on product operation, maintenance, and service. In this position, you will report to the Head of Export Sales, SRH.
This is a home-based position, with travel to customer sites as required.
TEAM YOU BELONG TO
You will join the Export Sales team, which supports customers and distributors across international markets. The team is focused on delivering responsive technical service, strengthening customer relationships, and growing the aftermarket business for SRH crushing and screening equipment.
You will work closely with internal colleagues, customers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. Our way of working is built on collaboration, timely communication, accountability, and practical problem-solving.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Communicate effectively with internal colleagues, customers, and distributors to respond to service requests, diagnose equipment issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Perform on-site equipment repairs, maintenance, installation, start-up, and training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate cases through the appropriate internal process to support timely resolution.
- Develop the aftermarket business by using relevant sales tools, negotiating contracts with customers, and working toward agreed aftermarket sales KPIs.
- Document service and aftermarket activities accurately, including service reports, warranty reports, parts sales and inventory records, and customer communications, to ensure visibility and traceability.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in the crushing and screening industry as a service manager, service engineer, field service technician, or in a similar technical support and maintenance role.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers across diverse regions is considered an advantage.
