DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are delivered on time, with the required quality and cost performance.
- Develop production capacity and resource plans to support rapid business growth and changing customer demand.
- Drive production readiness and manufacturing execution for NPI programs and ensure smooth transition into mass production.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management and Maintenance teams to resolve production constraints and achieve customer commitments.
- Improve throughput, cycle time, labor productivity and equipment utilization through Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead automation, digitalization and smart manufacturing projects to enhance operational efficiency and manufacturing competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all EHS, quality, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Establish visual management and data-driven decision-making processes using ERP, MES and production performance metrics.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, training, succession planning and talent development.
- Drive sustainable improvements in OTD, FPY, OEE, productivity, scrap reduction and customer satisfaction.
SCOPE:
Responsible for overall production operations for the production organization, including direct labor employees, production supervisors, technicians, maintenance support and production engineering resources. The role is accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, workforce capability, daily execution, NPI readiness, ramp-up performance and continuous improvement across assigned production areas.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
PREFERRED:
Master's degree, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or other operations excellence certification preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in production leadership roles.
PREFERRED:
Experience in Busbar, EV, automotive components, power distribution, data center, AI infrastructure, sheet metal, stamping, welding, assembly, automation or related manufacturing industries. Prior experience as a Production Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager or similar operations leadership role is preferred.

PREFERRED:
Experience with high - mix , low - volume production models, automotive components or related industries. Proven experience in NPI, production ramp-up, automation , digital manufacturing and leading large manufacturing teams is preferred .
