You support our team as
- Lead feasibility studies for specific process engineering areas such as pleating, dosing, welding, cutting, and assembly and developing and improving manufacturing processes, define process specifications, and anticipate potential quality issues on the production line. Create process descriptions and establish test, inspection, and verification methods
- Configure and maintain all production equipment, hardware and software and inspect, test, and adjust all plant systems, machinery, and equipment according to the maintenance plan to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations
- Identify and develop new processes and equipment required for the successful introduction of new products and improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflows, production capacity, and equipment layout to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Create and update process documents—such as Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, process flow charts, and control planning collaboration with operations colleagues and technical departments and establish and validate manufacturing process standards
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree or above with mechanics, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering background
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Good command of Programmable Logic Controller programming and industrial robots; skilled in Engineering Plan, CAD, Mitsubishi and Siemens software. Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures for full-plant equipment
- Familiar with Eight Disciplines Problem Solving, Quality Control tools and mistake-proofing measures. Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance and Overall Equipment Effectiveness Experienced in preventive maintenance, spare parts management and technician team leadership
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving capability with conflict management awareness. Self-motivated, independent team player. Adaptable to multicultural environment and capable of working under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with good knowledge of Microsoft software
