Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1).Working with manufacturing, QA, Eng, Tech etc ; Be responsible for solving Process problems
2) Set Up WI for Production processes, Maintain & upgrade Process Document in accordance to customer and quality requirement
3) Continuous process improvement Production efficiency with GUPS/IE Method
4) Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement.
5) Improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization/ process simplification etc
6) Train a team of production staff.
7) Implement applicable rules and regulations of HSE and On-site HSE Guidelines

Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Requirements and Preferred Skills
College education, with process or engineering background
At least 3 years of process experience
Specialized skills and theology, can consider calmly when facing problems and settle matters with specialized knowledge and managing techniques
Know and apply some tools such as 6Sigmaand quality system ISO9000/TS1694.
