岗位职责:
日常运行监控:负责配电房、水泵房、空调机房、电梯机房等核心设备机房的日常运行管理,确保各系统运行参数在正常范围内。
预防性维护:根据年度维护计划,组织落实设备保养工作(如变压器紧固清洁、冷却塔清洗、风机皮带更换等),确保保养执行率达标。
能耗管理:协助工程经理进行能耗数据统计与分析,配合落实节能降耗措施(如空调系统优化、照明控制等)。
设备台账维护:负责更新设备台账、维保记录、巡检记录等工程档案,确保资料完整可追溯。
一线带班:在重大维修、紧急抢修、大型活动保障等场景下,亲自带队现场作业,负责技术把关和安全监护。
技能带教:对技工进行日常技术指导,传授设备操作、故障排查、维修技巧等经验,提升团队整体技术能力。
安全监督:严格执行上锁挂牌(LOTO) 等安全操作规程,监督技工在电气、高空、密闭空间等作业中的安全行为,杜绝违章操作。
值班管理:安排技工排班,确保白班/夜班人员到岗,节假日值班力量充足。
岗位要求:
工程管理类工作2年以上,懂得排班;
持有电工操作证;
熟练电脑操作,办公软件使用;
有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力;
具有积极主动的工作精神
