Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and after-sales coordination
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts
Develop value-based commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and operational capabilities
Build and expand a European partner network including distributors, integrators, logistics partners, consultants, and industry associations
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of large industrial customers
Coordinate internally to deliver commercially viable and scalable solutions
Deliver presentations to executive stakeholders and represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events
Support and mentor partner representatives
Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting, and structured sales processes
7+ years experience in B2B business development and key account management
Proven experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, logistics, automotive, heavy industry, or import-oriented companies
Fluent English (C1/C2) and German (C1/C2), native level not required
Strong track record managing large accounts and complex stakeholder environments
Experience building partner networks and lead generation channels across multiple countries
Excellent negotiation and commercial structuring skills
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
Highly structured working style with strong CRM and forecasting discipline
Comfortable operating in international and cross-functional environments
