Assistant Manager, Talent & Learning

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Plan Execution & Learning Program Management

Lead end‑to‑end execution of the annual training plan, including scheduling, vendor/facilitator coordination, logistics, communication, and tracking.
Ensure accurate training records and support digital learning platforms as required.

Talent & Performance Management Coordination

Coordinate key milestones in the talent cycle: goal setting, mid‑year conversations, IDPs, talent review, succession planning, and year‑end performance management.
Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure smooth process execution and system utilization.

Employee Engagement & Experience Design

Design, organize, and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing activities that strengthen culture, inclusion, and employee experience.
Partner with local site leaders, committees, and HR to ensure activities meet business and employee needs.

Internal Communication & Change Management Support

Support and coordinate communication between employees, managers, and HR, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Facilitate change management activities (e.g., briefings, communications, workshops) to support organizational transitions.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, or HR project coordination.
Strong team player with effective listening, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating virtually and across different time zones;
Great self-management abilities, attention to detail, a 'hands-on' mentality and ability to adapt to different situations,
Strong customer orientation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Proficiency in online Talent & Learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Degreed), digital communication tools, and data analytics.
Fluency in Mandarin and English required
