Job Description
We are a growing law firm specializing in cross-border legal services, with strong expertise in trade and investment involving the Middle East and North Africa. To support our business expansion, we are looking for a Business Development professional fluent in Arabic and English.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients in Arabic‑speaking markets (MENA region) for the law firm
- Build and maintain relationships with international trading companies, industry associations, and potential partners
- Assist partners and legal teams in client communications, interpretation (Arabic/English), and basic document handling
- Participate in business negotiations, client meetings, and pre‑project commercial support
- Work across Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Yiwu as needed (occasional travel/short‑term assignments)
- Track market trends, collect client needs, and contribute to business development strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in Arabic (working language level) and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Interest in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Prior experience in legal, consulting, or cross‑border trade is a plus
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to handle pressure
- Willingness to work in multiple cities (Shanghai / Hangzhou / Yiwu)
- Study or work experience in an Arabic‑speaking country is preferred
- Basic knowledge of legal services is a plus (but not required)
