核心职责
- 协助统筹完整的人力资源职能,包括招聘协调、入职后勤安排以及员工全生命周期档案维护。
- 协助确保所有日常人事文档和流程完全符合中国劳动法律法规。
- 提供必要的行政与运营支持,保障中国内地业务的日常顺畅运转。
- 协助公司人力资源政策、指南及标准作业程序(SOP)的落地与执行。
- 协助人力资源团队及管理层执行区域战略举措和企业文化活动。
- 组织并处理日常行政项目及运营中交办的其他临时性工作。
任职要求
- 具备 1 至 4 年的人力资源、行政或相关支持性岗位的从业经验(具备丰富行业知识的应届毕业生亦可考虑)。
- 对中国劳动法规及基本的人力资源行政事务有扎实的理解。
- 具备出色的组织、多任务处理及时间管理能力,注重细节。
- 具备优秀的际交往、沟通能力以及跨部门/利益相关者的协调能力。
- 能够在快节奏、讲求协作的环境中积极主动、独立地开展工作。
优先条件
- 能以流利英語即時口譯,協助銀行開戶等行政手續。
- 具有协助新公司设立或办公室行政的经验。
- 拥有 SaaS、高科技或高速发展型企业的工作背景。
- 熟悉各类人力资源管理系统(HRIS)及数字化办公协作工具。

Location: Shanghai, China
Language Requirements: Fluent Putonghua & English (Written and Spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, and maintaining employee lifecycle records.
- Help ensure all documentation and HR processes align with China labor laws and regional regulations.
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations for the Mainland China business.
- Support the implementation of company HR policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist the HR team and leadership in executing regional strategic initiatives and corporate culture activities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, Administration, or a related support role (Fresh graduates with strong industry knowledge will also be considered).
- Solid understanding of China employment regulations and basic HR administrative practices.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to provide fluent, real-time English interpretation to assist with administrative procedures, such as corporate bank account openings.
- Previous experience in assisting with new company incorporation or office administration/setup.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or fast-growing corporate environments.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and digital collaboration tools.
- Background or strong interest in startup or scaling business environments.
