Job Responsibilities:
1. Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle for Desktop ThinkCentre Neo TINY and ThinkCentre X TINY, ensuring overall business success.
2. Develop and execute a competitive product strategy, including portfolio planning, industrial design, feature definition, cost control, quality assurance, and schedule management, aligned with market trends, technology evolution, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product offerings, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and lifecycle management initiatives.
4. Monitor and continuously optimize the product portfolio to drive sustainable market share growth while meeting Lenovo’s financial objectives.
5. Work closely with distribution and channel teams to prepare and manage quarterly sales-in and sales-out planning.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 6 years of experience in product and/or business management within technology-related industries, such as AI, electronics, or IT.
2. Experience in owning and managing an end-to-end PC product line as a Product Manager, with a proven ability to lead backend teams and drive results.
3. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in financial management.
4. Professional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
5. Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to perform effectively and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
