Job Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of the Visuals business performance within the assigned regional scope, and be accountable for relevant regional business results.
2. Formulate quarterly product transition roadmaps and complete official release and synchronization to GEO and regional product teams regularly.
3. Establish close cooperative relations with GEO and regional product teams, and unify the alignment of product portfolio, volume mix and gross margin targets with targeted market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
4. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on local market demand and actual business conditions, and carry out targeted customization and localization of product strategies to meet the differentiated needs of commercial, consumer, Etail and other market segments.
5. Collaborate with regional product teams and sales teams to jointly implement business promotion work and drive regional product sales growth.
6. Track the completion status of quarterly business performance targets in real time, and continuously monitor product supply availability and potential business liability risks.
7. Follow up with regional teams on work progress including market forecasting, inventory management and sell-in/sell-out data statistics, take targeted improvement measures to balance supply and demand gaps and reduce excess inventory.

1. Possess the ability to independently take charge of regional Visuals business performance management, with systematic thinking for regional business operation.
2. Be capable of independently planning, compiling and releasing quarterly product transition roadmaps, and efficiently docking with GEO and regional product teams.
3. Have keen market insight, able to accurately capture local market demand and business changes, and flexibly adjust and localize product strategies for different market segments.
4. Possess good cross-team collaboration capability, able to efficiently cooperate with product and sales teams to advance sales and business development goals.
5. Have professional data tracking and analysis capabilities, able to monitor performance indicators, inventory status and potential risks, and formulate effective improvement solutions.
6. Job location is Beijing, and candidates need to work on-site in Beijing.
