Job Description

Be in charge of E&IC category procurement business, collect project procurement demands, formulate reasonable procurement plans and execution schedules.

Develop, assess and maintain E&IC suppliers, establish stable supplier resources pool, regularly audit supplier qualification and delivery performance.

Issue inquiries, organize quotation collection, conduct technical and commercial review, finish price comparison and cost analysis.

Conduct business negotiation on price, payment term, delivery period, after-sales service etc., assist in drafting and reviewing procurement contracts.

Track production progress, shipment and on-site delivery status, timely follow up abnormal issues such as delivery delay and quality problems.

Collaborate with engineering, technical, project and site teams to confirm technical parameters, specification standards and delivery requirements.

Sort out procurement documents, maintain procurement data records, complete daily work reports and relevant statistics.

Keep abreast of E&IC industry market trend, material price fluctuation and new product information, continuously optimize procurement cost.

Strictly abide by company procurement policies and compliance regulations, ensure all procurement procedures standard and transparent
Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, Supply Chain, International Trade or related majors.

Have solid E&IC procurement experience, familiar with offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG or EPC project procurement is preferred.

Familiar with common E&IC equipment, instruments, electrical accessories and relevant industry standards.

Proficient in procurement whole process operation, possess strong negotiation ability, cost control awareness and market insight.

Good cross-department communication skills and problem-solving ability, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources.

Proficient in written and spoken English, capable of independent communication with overseas suppliers and clients.

Careful, responsible, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and follow tight project timelines.

Familiar with international trade process, customs declaration and logistics delivery process is a plus
