Job Description
Communications & Regional Coordination

Provide strategic communications support to the Senior Manager, Business Services and Planning & Economics, ensuring alignment across a broad spectrum of business activities, stakeholder engagements, and regional initiatives.

Lead the development, drafting, and refinement of high-impact communication materials, including leadership messaging, intranet content, organizational announcements, and executive presentation materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate positioning.

Act as a key liaison between Corporate Communications and the Asia Pacific business, facilitating the effective localization, translation, and cascade of corporate messaging, policies, and communication frameworks to ensure regional relevance and alignment.
Bilingual Communications & Event Enablement

Deliver high-quality bilingual (English and Chinese) communication support, including translation, interpretation, and content adaptation for meetings, presentations, correspondence, and senior leadership materials.

Support the end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external meetings, events, and communication initiatives, including content development, bilingual material preparation, message coordination, and on-site/virtual communication support.

Ensure all communication outputs are culturally appropriate, professionally positioned, and aligned with organizational standards and stakeholder expectations.
Additional Responsibilities

Provide flexible support on ad hoc projects and priority initiatives as assigned, contributing to broader business objectives and evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, English, Marketing or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferable.

Solid 8+ years’ experience in corporate communications, business support, stakeholder engagement or a related role, preferably within a multinational, regional or fast-paced corporate environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with strong capabilities in translation, interpretation and business writing.

Proven ability to draft, edit and refine a wide range of communication materials for different audiences and business purposes.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience supporting meetings, events or leadership engagement activities would be an asset.

Experience in the energy industry or another complex corporate environment would be an advantage.
