Job Description
Candidates must be capable of ensuring that their design documents, technical solutions, and final products meet marine system design requirements, and be familiar with internationally accepted and mature industry design practices. The main responsibilities include the following:

Possess senior-level experience to independently complete and review marine systems, utility systems, cargo handling systems, and various auxiliary systems serving topsides for offshore projects, including the ability to develop Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and system control descriptions, with proficiency in written English.

Possess senior-level experience to independently perform heat balance calculations for various cooling and heating systems, such as cargo tank heating systems, steam/hot water heating systems, and main engine cooling systems.

Possess senior-level experience to independently calculate and determine key equipment parameters for machinery room equipment, utility equipment, safety/control valves, related special items, and system piping dimensions.

Possess senior-level experience to conduct reasonable analysis and calculations for utility consumption balance based on various operating conditions of the entire floating facility.

Possess extensive design experience in topsides process systems and a deep understanding and knowledge of API standards.

Independently complete discharge criteria for sewage/slop oil and marine system technical specifications.

Conduct consistency studies on classification society rules and regulations.

Independently complete equipment selection, piping material and wall thickness selection, and selection of valves and special items.

Lead and complete front-end design and reviews for projects such as Pre-FEED and FEED.

Lead technical research and innovation for marine systems.

Provide technical support for bidding and R&D projects.

Provide technical assistance to construction and commissioning teams.

Lead safety analyses such as HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA and independently deliver effective presentations to clients.

Participate in 3D model reviews and assist in closing out client comments.

Contribute to patent applications and technical innovation descriptions.

Prepare marine system checklists.

Review key drawings from other disciplines, such as single line diagrams, power load analyses, hazardous area classification drawings, PFP drawings, and D&ID drawings.
Qualifications
1. 10 Years + relevant working experiences as Marine System Management Role.
2. Strong Leadership.
3. Big companies background such as SBM, TEN ENERGIES, SAIPEM etc.
