1. Organize and coordinate project management tasks, including project material preparation, project costs, project deadlines, and project progress; monitor project progress and address issues that arise during project implementation, coordinating timely resolutions;
2. Compile reports, including the collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting of various data, to ensure high-quality submission of all data reports;
3. Manage the laboratory, including coordinating laboratory staff, procuring supplies, conducting annual inspections of tools, and handling daily administrative tasks;
4. Manage fixed assets and inventory, including procurement, acceptance, annual inventory counts, and daily operations.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree holders or outstanding bachelor's degree holders in science and engineering-related fields;
2. Possess strong document drafting skills and experience in preparing standardized documents; assist department members in drafting various procedural and policy documents, and manage departmental document records;
3. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, a service-oriented mindset, and professional integrity; organize internal and external meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on outstanding items;
4. Strong teamwork spirit and excellent communication and coordination skills; organize team-building activities as needed to strengthen team cohesion;
5. Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperative relationships with other company departments and suppliers;
6. Strong ability to learn quickly and solve problems; work closely with the department head to successfully complete ad-hoc tasks;
7. Diligent and responsible; able to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to challenging work; willing to undertake short-term business trips.
