- Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint
- Involving in line deviation management.
- Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management) , Review changes and identify risk assessment & determine qualification test requirement as one key team member
- Post change follow up & documentation of changes
- Handling of special clearance& Shipment halt note based on risk assessment
- Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization)
- Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit
- Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.
- To guild other PQE for critical cases
- To drive quality crisis of plant level
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 10 Years of experience of semiconductor/ Electronics Industry / Automotive industry
- SAP, 8D, SPC, QC tools, computer skills;
- Internal auditor of IATF16949/VDA6.3/LPA(Layered Process Audit), and expert of process audit
- Fluent English both in written and spoken
- Familiar with JEDEC, AEC Q standard
