Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for software offerings in China.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to support business strategy development.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Support the development of software growth strategies across target industries and customer segments.
Software Business Development
- Support the identification and development of software business opportunities.
- Work with sales and offering teams to build and maintain a healthy software opportunity pipeline.
- Assist in account planning, opportunity qualification, and customer engagement activities.
- Contribute to initiatives that drive software adoption, customer retention, and recurring revenue growth.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Support the execution of go-to-market programs for software and digital offerings.
- Develop customer-facing presentations, business cases, value proposition materials, and competitive positioning content.
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand generation and market awareness.
Partner & Ecosystem Support
- Assist in identifying and engaging channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
- Support partner enablement programs and joint go-to-market activities.
- Help track partner-generated opportunities and business performance.
- Participate in partner engagement and business review meetings.
Business Planning & Performance Management
- Support annual business planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
- Develop business reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Monitor key business metrics, including software revenue, pipeline health, and ARR performance.
- Track strategic initiatives and provide regular progress updates to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with offering, sales, consulting, marketing, finance, and delivery teams to support strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Share customer feedback and market intelligence to support continuous improvement.
