What you’ll be doing:
- As a Trusted Adviser, the role engages clients with tact and confidence, leveraging professional expertise and the AMS network to provide innovative solutions for sourcing niche talents in competitive markets. It takes full ownership of delivering high-quality candidate shortlists with clear professional recommendations, proactively introducing passive talent to build sustainable talent pipelines. It collects recruitment feedback from stakeholders, summarises practical challenges and successes, and optimises strategies by adjusting hiring locations, expanding talent pools and refining job descriptions. It also mentors junior team members and leads problem-solving discussions.
- It attracts high-calibre active and passive talent through innovative thinking and continuous professional growth. The role polishes compelling and accurate job advertisements to strengthen employer branding and boost application volume. It formulates tailored sourcing strategies via platforms like LinkedIn and conducts proactive headhunting for hard-to-fill specialist positions.
- Besides, it optimises sourcing efficiency and talent engagement by using data to measure performance, sharing internal insights to demonstrate sourcing value. It professionally connects with talents across multiple channels, assesses candidate suitability through consultative communication, and maintains long-term contact with passive talents to understand their competencies and career expectations. It keeps candidates updated throughout the process, builds and nurtures talent pools, prioritises workforce diversity and bias-free recruitment, and systematically tracks recruitment progress and data.
- Furthermore, it prioritises candidate experience through sincere career communication and timely follow-ups, making candidates feel respected and shaping positive employer brand perception regardless of recruitment results. As a senior member, it shares professional experience, coaches junior colleagues, and contributes to team strategy, driving overall team competence and organisational success.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in banking industry.
- Expertise in a specific market or talent segment, ideally sales sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with clients
- Proficient in recruitment technologies and databases, and familiar with various sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of compliance and employment legislation in local regions
- Able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage capacity efficiently
- Can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese as working languages
