In this role, you will drive sustainable growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships within the health and nutrition space. You will translate market insights into commercial success by leveraging our scientific expertise and collaborating across teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities, prioritizing key projects to drive sustainable growth
- Own sales planning activities including budget, sales estimates, and forecasting
- Lead trademark/IP execution and support marketing initiatives aligned with customer and business needs
- Utilize internal opportunity management tools to convert opportunities into commercialized solutions through value selling
- Drive ideation and innovation workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver regular reporting including monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecasts, and competitive insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RA, Supply Chain, Finance, GSA, and global teams
- Coordinate with GSA and local teams to successfully execute localized projects in China
- Manage distributors, including KPIs, incentives, training, contracts, and conflict resolution
- Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of value-selling experience in multinational companies
- At least 5 years of experience in dietary supplements, probiotics, health nutrition, or OTC
- Proven experience in project management and key account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and a customer-centric approach
- Effective problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
- Strong commercial acumen combined with scientific understanding
- Passion for innovation and bringing new solutions to market
