The OD Consultant will lead the design and delivery of organization development solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent outcomes. This role partners with HR and business leaders to diagnose needs, translate business priorities into scalable programs, and drive successful execution through strong project management, HR systems capability, data analysis, and change management. The OD Consultant is expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, using disciplined program delivery, analytics, and systems-enabled processes to create measurable business and talent impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead medium-to-large OD initiatives with primary focus on leadership development, talent development, and organization effectiveness, including succession management, talent planning, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Design and implement leadership and talent programs that strengthen leader capability, readiness, and bench strength across business functions and geographies.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to conduct organizational assessments, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery with strong project management rigor, including project planning, governance, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder alignment, budgeting support, vendor coordination, and outcome measurement.
- Work closely with HR and talent systems teams to support process design, systems-enabled implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement of OD and talent programs.
- Analyze survey, talent, and organizational data to generate insights, develop dashboards, and inform recommendations, action plans, and executive communications.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, leadership workshops, and change interventions that support adoption and sustained business results.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, and communications for senior HR and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of OD methodologies, toolkits, analytics, systems capability, and PMO practices across the function.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in organization development, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or a related HR discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development and talent development programs in complex organizational environments.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional projects with disciplined project management, governance, and execution practices; PMO experience preferred.
- Experience working with HR and talent systems to support process implementation, reporting, workflows, analytics, or program administration.
- Strong capability in data analysis, survey methods, and insight generation, with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations and executive-ready materials.
- Experience with organizational diagnostics, change management, and talent or leadership processes such as succession planning, talent reviews, and assessment methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development, facilitation, and data storytelling.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- English language proficiency required; additional global experience or multilingual capability preferred.
