Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and own end-to-end program management for global brand licensing programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, brand positioning, and overall business objectives.
2. Define, implement, and continuously optimize standardized processes, operating models, and KPIs in close collaboration with Motorola and Licensee teams.
3. Serve as the primary liaison between MOTO and Licensee senior stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear accountability and effective decision-making across organizations.
4. Lead regular program reviews, monitor execution across multiple concurrent projects, and ensure timely delivery within defined scope, quality, and compliance standards.
5. Proactively identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues efficiently.
6. Develop dashboards, insights, and executive-level communications to support performance tracking, business reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
7. Partner with MOTO and Licensee teams to deliver competitive, high-quality consumer electronics products, and continuously improve product experience based on development insights, market trends, and user feedback.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in smartphones, IoT, or consumer electronics industries, with proven success in managing complex, cross-functional, or global programs.
3. Strong expertise in program and project management methodologies, with demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, risk management, and execution governance.
4. Solid understanding of consumer electronics technologies, market dynamics, and product lifecycle management, combined with a forward-looking and innovation-driven mindset.
5. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively lead cross-cultural, cross-functional teams in a global environment.
6. Strong capability to manage multiple programs under pressure, balancing speed, quality, and business outcomes.
7. Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suited for executive-level engagement.
