Business Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the role, you are responsible for supporting the BD Director in all matters related to BD strategic distribution development; Searches and evaluates for new locations according to the local BD strategy and manages a network of real estate agents or other relevant contacts
Your main focus :
Business Development Evaluation & Negotiation
Understand & analyze market distribution opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, city development data, and profitability analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure high-value opportunities for each brand.
Drive negotiations to secure landlord capital contribution and marketing support, finalize optimal business terms in partnership with legal, and align sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution from deal signing to store opening
Keep good relationship with landlords, identify risky stores in advance and protect the key locations.
Project management & execution
Prepare projects briefing for regular BD meeting, work out with sales and merchandising team for preliminary project financial evaluation.
Complete required project application file for store opening/ renovation /closure to obtain HQ’s approval.
Proactively coordinate internally and externally, ensure that all types of projects are executed on schedule.
3. Contracts renewal and regular reports
Manage contracts renewal with legal and relevant dept. to ensure timely renewal.
Timely update required reports and project tracking files.

Bachelors Degree
Fluent Local Language & English
At least 5 years BD relevant working experience
Think and act strategically, while driving tactical program execution
Superior communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
Strong analytical and interpretative skills
