Assist FOM to ensure smooth operation of front office. Be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and be in good condition.

Maintain good customer relationship and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.

We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质
Minimum 1 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel, preferably has hotel pre-opening experience.
1年以上国际五星级酒店同等职位, 具备酒店筹开经验优先。
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality.

Good at Microsoft office and Opera system.
