Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1.Establishing and driving the RSH MSE roadmap with different pillars deployment in plant, with.
•
Lead to form up MSE team with qualified pillar leader and pillar members.
•
Establish MSE deployment strategy with clear milestones.
•
Shape MSE culture in plant.
•
Build up MSE capability in all levels including front line associates.
2.Leading process performance improvement in all plant area and building continuously improvement culture
•
Identify and develop CI tools/capability with clear deployment strategy
•
Determine plant level CI projects and identify resource to implement
•
Drive each functions to initiate CI projects and tracking the results
•
Build trouble shooting capability in the PPI team and throughout all levels
•
Timely response to the production line issues to ensure production stability
3.Collaboration with plant function teams for performance management
•
Lead plant function teams to deploy plant CBN/FAB and other performance targets
•
Design plant performance tracking system with good visualization
•
Responsible for plant performance review and drive improvement actions
•
Connect with global for performance target/actual and seek resource when needed
4.Leading digitalization to uplift plant operation effectiveness and MSE capabilities
•
Be the champion of plant digitalization
•
Initiate and lead digital/automation projects implementation
5.Center of Expertise for plant activity relevant processes, tools and ways of working
•
Co-ordinates Plant Activity related training materials. Trains and educates relevant associates in the plant activity team and other departments to the plant activity relevant processes, tools and ways of working.
•
Tracks Plant Activity KPI’s, ensures continuous improvement, takes corrective and preventative actions, facilitates improvement and escalates where needed.
•
Collaborates with peers, sharing good practice and knowledge, supporting learning culture.
•
Provides transparency to workload via the resource tool and supports peers as part of the Plant Activity Resource Pool
•
Each job holder can have an own area of expertise (eg plant feasibility tools,etc)
Professional Qualification
•
Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical degree
•
8 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
•
3 years of experience working with and understanding TPM principals and methods (specifically, AM, PM, FI, FMOS, and ET)
•
3 years of Plant operation experience
•
Experiences of leading team and resources to achieve specific results and improvements within limited timeframe.
