Manage the related people with respect to output, quality, efficiency and cost, Production OTIF, RFT, Inventory Accuracy & Cost Saving, SHE, etc.

In responsible Production area to ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ system company wide.

Ensure both Henkel and local SHE regulations/standards is should adhered.
- Mange workshop daily operation to reduce the daily operation SHE risk.

Organize production, allocate resources reasonably, and improve productivity, according to company goal and production schedule.

Build excellent workshop management rule, such as 5S management, SHE & AM, etc.

Lead to Quality, Yield, Productivity & Process improvement. Manage all kinds of related projects.
- Bachelor degree, Master is preferred. Major in Chemical or Chemistry & Petrochemical.

2-6 years working year, people management potential.

Fluent English communication.

Computer skill.
