Supports daily quality operations for one or more production lines in Guangzhou Site. Ensures product compliance with internal standards and customer requirements by managing deviations, executing root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement. Works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve line-level issues and implement sustainable quality actions.

Leads daily problem-solving and preventive quality actions at site level to ensure robust outgoing quality. Applies structured quality tools (A3, 8D, Six Sigma, FRPS) to address nonconformities, out-of-spec batches, and material deviations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, enforce compliance, and build quality capability through training and coaching.

Supports customer quality programs by managing complaint handling, reporting, and customer documentation. Works closely with the manager and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
- Participate in new product introductions, MOC, and related quality planning activities.

Participate in PFMEA and process risk assessments, and implement risk control measures(CP).

Responsible for quality management on the production floor, driving the implementation of quality standards(CTQ) and continuous improvement.

Responsible for investigating, analyzing, tracking, and resolving internal quality issues(A3, FRPS, 5Why) and customer complaints (CCMS 8D).

Utilizes statistical analysis tools to identify the root causes of quality issues and drives the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Responsible for SPC/SQC management, monitoring process stability, and driving improvements to address anomalies.

Manages blocked inventory and handling of nonconforming products, coordinates rework, release, and the implementation of improvement measures.

As the customer quality liaison, support customer communication, audits, quality reviews, and customer requirement management.

Maintain customer quality documentation and quality data, ensuring that reports and related materials are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.

Drive continuous improvement in customer quality and manufacturing processes (FTR, etc.) to reduce quality risks and enhance customer satisfaction.

Lead or participate in quality improvement projects, internal audits, and the continuous improvement of the quality system.

Assist the Quality Manager in fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve quality objectives and ensure that quality issues are promptly escalated and addressed.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.

Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and APQP/PPAP; DOE knowledge is a plus.

Familiarity with VDA 6.3 process audit requirements is preferred.

Certified IATF16949 or ISO9001 internal auditor is preferred.
