Duties & Responsibilities
- Hardware design, development and validation of high-speed digital coherent optics in telecom and datacom applications.
- Collaborate with system architects, firmware engineers, and testing teams to deliver robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle from concept and schematic design to prototyping, compliance testing, and mass production support.
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, signal integrity, power efficiency, and industry standard requirements (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, OTN).

- Electrical design throughout whole process, including feasibility study, schematic develope, simulation for key parts, BOM create and maintaining in Agile system, and final verification test.
- Working with operation team to develop functional test for manufacture.
