Job Description:

Job Summary*

CROWN Beverage Cans Heshan Limited is seeking a dedicated Canline Operator to maintain efficient and safe operation of our can manufacturing lines, ensuring high-quality product output

Job Responsibilities**

Operate and monitor automated can production machinery, including presses, decorators, and internal/external coating equipment.
Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Monitor can quality against specifications, identifying and reporting defects to supervisors.
Load and unload materials and components, ensuring proper feeding into the production line.
Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks.
Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and following lockout/tagout procedures when necessary.
Keep the work area clean and organized, practicing good housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with automated machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and production instructions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
