1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major is preferred, 3 years or more of server-side testing and development experience 2. Proficient in one or more languages in Python/Java/Go familiar with various basic middleware, Redis, RocketMQ, Kafka, etc. are preferred 3. Solid computer foundation (network/database/algorithm) 4. Familiar with various server-side testing methods, For example, performance stress testing, interfaces, monitoring configuration, data quality assurance, etc. 5. Ability to define and solve complex problems, good communication, project management, and quality control capabilities 6.
