Overview of Responsibilities

Outsourced Vendor Coordination

Catering

Assist Operations Manager for inspection of whole school’s food safety, canteen tidy up work
Implementation of meal companion system and other related policy
Assist with external company to perform monthly unannounced audit and follow up the outstanding issues and report preparation

Busing

Work closely with the busing company to design school bus routes reasonably and take corresponding adjustments according to the needs of parents on the principal of ensuring the school bus makes both ends meet
Work closely with the busing company to coordinate the daily parking process for parents' private cars to pick-up and drop-off students; and manage the issuance and filing of parking permits in the complex
Responsible for the reconciliation and settlement of monthly rental fee of staff shuttle bus and school bus fee of students

Nursing

Ensuring the schools accident book is kept up to date and for ensuring that any reportable accidents (or diseases) are reported
Ensure that policies and processes are in line with local government
Ensuring all relevant health and safety information is circulated through the normal school management structure

School External Support

Performance assessment on related supplying vendors' service for service level improvement
Education Bureau external liaison related School operation communication
Be flexible and proactively accept other tasks as directed by the line manager

Dehong Beijing International Chinese School opened its doors on September 2nd, 2019 in Grasse Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Dehong Beijing now opens all K12 sections and enrolls students of kindergarten, elementary, middle school and high school levels.
