RM Planner – Your future position?
We are looking to recruit a ‘RM Planner’ for our Planning team
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Release purchase requisitions (PR) for raw materials based on forecast, supplier lead time and inventory status. Optimize replenishment frequency and quantity to balance cost efficiency and supply security.
Collaborate with purchasing team, intercompany partners and GBS team to secure raw material availability, including potential demand not reflected in SAP.
Communicate promptly with Customer Care team and FG planner regarding supply changes that may impact customer order fulfilment or production schedule. Work with cross functional teams to resolve material shortages.
Proactively identify supply risks and resolve supply issues.
Monitor and manage raw material, packaging, and control inventory levels at an optimal level.
Minimize and manage SLOB inventory.
Back up FG planner when necessary.
Responsible for MRP planning, scheduling. Maintain SAP planning module, monitor planning parameters, report any MRP exceptional cases and drive for continuous improvement.
Responsible for material planning and control the inventory at a target level.
Closely work with customer care team and demand planning team, to ensure service level meet the target.
You?
Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics.
2-5 years’ experience as a supply chain planner, material planner in chemical, manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and other advanced functions.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good reading and written English skills and good knowledge of MRP.
Able to work under pressure.
