Job Summary
Sr Business Analyst role in an MNC for a work from office position focusing on Advent Geneva based solutions within Infinity SME Banking Tech R20 across cloud native platforms using AWS and Azure core services for secure scalable delivery. The role requires four to eight years of experience with strong skills in Python Core Java LDAP Jenkins Git Ansible Terraform Tanzu K8s Kubernetes AWS Serverless App Repository and Advent Geneva.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit clarify and prioritize complex business requirements for Advent Geneva based banking solutions ensuring clear traceability to measurable outcomes
Translate Advent Geneva functional requirements into detailed user stories process flows and acceptance criteria that guide technical implementation teams for consistent delivery
Analyze current Infinity SME Banking Tech R20 workflows and data models to identify optimization opportunities and propose enhancements that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction
Coordinate with engineering teams using Python and Core Java to validate feasibility of proposed changes and ensure that solutions align with platform architecture constraints and long term scalability goals
Partner with platform engineers managing Kubernetes Tanzu K8s and cloud environments to define non functional requirements such as resiliency stability and performance benchmarks for critical banking services
Work closely with DevOps practitioners to design and refine continuous integration and delivery pipelines leveraging Jenkins Git Ansible Terraform and AWS Serverless App Repository for repeatable deployments
Document detailed functional specifications including data mappings and interface requirements for integrations between Advent Geneva and upstream or downstream banking platforms supporting error free data flows
Conduct impact analysis for new features and regulatory changes within the Advent Geneva landscape to anticipate downstream effects and propose mitigation strategies for business and technology partners
Perform user acceptance testing planning and coordination by designing test conditions and scenarios that reflect real banking operations and validating that Advent Geneva solutions meet expected outcomes
Support production readiness by preparing operational runbooks and risk assessments that help service teams manage Advent Geneva releases in a controlled and compliant manner within day shift schedules

Qualifications
Combine four to eight years of experience as a business analyst in financial services with substantial hands on exposure to Advent Geneva implementations for portfolio accounting and reporting
Demonstrate practical experience working with Infinity SME Banking Tech R20 or similar digital banking platforms with a focus on transaction processing client onboarding and portfolio servicing capabilities
Apply working knowledge of Python and Core Java environments to understand data transformations interfaces and automation scripts enabling productive collaboration with software engineering teams
Utilize experience with DevOps tooling including Jenkins Git Ansible and Terraform to define requirements for automated builds deployments and configuration management that support stable releases
