Educational and Experience Requirements
Ph.D. in Immunology or related fields, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience Proficient in immunology-related experimental skills with solid theoretical foundation, in-depth understanding of flow cytometry and hands-on experience in related operations Outstanding organizational, coordination and verbal communication skills, with prior teaching experience preferred Strong English proficiency in both communication and writing
Responsibilities:
Take full charge of technical support for immunology product line, covering pre-sales consultation and after-sales full-cycle services Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical solutions, plan promotional events, and provide on-site technical services at large-scale exhibitions Conduct regular visits to key accounts, delivering academic lectures, operational training and experimental consulting services Offer professional guidance and customized solutions for customers' research topics and experimental challenges Complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor
