- Develops, implements, administers compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices, and programs.
- Conducts surveys and studies labor markets to determine compensation trends; analyzes jobs, and reviews job descriptions and specifications; applies job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization as compared with rates in industry; analyzes government regulations, company policies, and agreements with labor unions to establish standard rates; reviews classification and compensation changes and makes recommendations with respect to tasks to be performed, qualifications of employee, and company policy and budgetary limitations; provides guidance and makes recommendations to line managers and generalists on all compensation issues; and interprets laws regulating compensation practices.
- Partners with Human Resources management to develop competitive initiatives to drive business strategies.
- May be responsible for executive compensation, incentive plan and stock option administration.
- May prepare and deliver employee communications and training programs.
Position Description :
This position is responsible for design, implementation, and continuous optimization of Total Rewards policies, programs, and processes. The role serves as a Total Rewards partner to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing end-to-end rewards solutions that align with business priorities and workforce needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leads or participates in compensation programs’ review and implementation to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
- Serves as a trusted Total Rewards partner to the business by applying strong business acumen, evaluating market trends and workforce insights, and providing end-to-end total solutions aligned with business strategies and talent needs
- Designs and manages Sales Incentive Plans based on sales models and product lifecycle, with the ability to independently develop incentive plans, oversee the implementation, and recommend enhancements
- Applies an employee experience mindset to Total Rewards design and communication, improving employee perceived value of total rewards through effective communication approaches
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or above and a minimum of 6 years of compensation related experience, preferably in a large organization, with solid experience in compensation programs management, sales incentive plan design, and etc.
- Good understanding of Total Rewards principles, market benchmarking, compensation structures, incentive programs, and rewards governance
- Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated project management and change management capability
- Awareness of AI and process innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
