Main Responsibilities & Duties
Specific responsibilities

Comply with company quality and food safety principles

Arrange production scheduling

Update OTS text on time

Cross function communication for raw material quality issue; raw material shortage; production capacity, etc

Monthly review PPT tool to update material parameters including safety stock , minimum lot size , lead time, etc for planning optimization

Review and update SLOB REVIEW data and take necessary action for slow moving items

Any other jobs arranged by direct supervisor
