You support our team as
- Lead warranty data analysis and monitor field situation;
- Field failure parts investigation, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions; Handle field issue investigations and customer warranty complaints with support from cross-functional teams;
- Monitor warranty KPIs and report to management;
- Improve warranty process efficiency and cost control
- Familiar with NVH on the vehicle
- Fluent in English
- Good Coordination and communication skills
- Engineering background is preferred
