We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Planning & Development Engineer to join our production team in Shanghai. This is a dual-focused role where you will not only optimize manufacturing processes and planning but also drive quality development, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the scope of official duty of process and planning.
Responsible for Manufacture quality development, typical problem summary and continuous improvements implementing by coordination with quality dept, and lead quality improvement project.
Responsible the scope of official duty of preassembly project executing, progress follow-up, cost control (work hour).
Responsible for the scope of official duty of 5S house keeping develop, standardization, visualize, etc.
Responsible the scope of official duty of the QHSE development project executing, review, progress follow-up.
Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.
Defines and explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.
Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory).
Understands and strictly follows Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Expectations for you:
Good English skill in written and oral in daily work.
Excellent computer skill.
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Paper, Mechanical Engineering or other associate professionals.
Five years experience in paper, mechanical factory.
Lean production experience will be a plus.
Understands and strictly follows Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
Have awareness of ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007 quality system.
Engage in the production and support work of hi-tech product.
