Accountabilities:
- Deliver key insights from market share, consumer research and sales data to identify core business issues and works closely with sales to translate channel needs into product and growth strategies; Translate strategy into brand annual growth plan and drive alignment among stakeholder; Deploy brand plan to online and offline channel
- Lead brand proposition development/refresh, communication tool kit with agency, product lifecycle management
- Lead and drive Omni channel brand campaign closely with media, social,online/offline retail and cross functional team, and deliver campaign implementation
Regularly engage with online and offline business teams to understand competitors, market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities.Identify execution challenges and support channel growth by translating insights into actionable initiatives

Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in FMCG marketing (Baby & health category experience are preferred)
- Strategic thinking capability in portfolio, brand and channel
- Self motivating and proactive to drive for excellence, able to work efficiently in complex corporate environment
- Strong at cross-functional communication and delivering results with a clear outcome-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from various data reports
- With business mindset with the ability to link market acitivites to business growth opportunities
