Job Descriptions:
1.General communication with customer, auditors, office staffs, and other company person; 负责公司外部客户与公司内部沟通
2.Response to Customer inquiries, work with sales/engineer for quotation/test plan; 处理客户咨询， 协助销售/工程师制作测试计划和报价
3.Entry and processing of all projects using company computer systems and database； 使用公司电脑系统安排项目和文件数据维护
4.Project Management: Information collection, project completion, billing, payment and closure of the project； 管理相关项目包括订单创建， 文件准备，样品处理， 协调分包，监督付款情况等等
5.Assist supervisor with handling client’s request and team development； 协助主管处理客户要求和团队发展
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in project coordination, client management, or related fields. Candidates with quality management experience in the third-party testing and certification industry are preferred.

2. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.

3. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with CET-4 certification or equivalent English proficiency. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds (clients, technical staff, management).
4. 良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力, 通过CET 4或其他等效英文水平考试, 能够与不同背景的人（客户、技术人员、管理层）进行清晰、有效的沟通
5. Familiarity with basic project management processes and methodologies, with excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of service and a genuine understanding of client needs, committed to creating value for clients.
