The position targets to provide controlling support within GC controlling team, including regular reporting & data analysis, budget & forecast coordination, adhoc project support etc., which is finally used as a reference for management view and decision.

GC Corp. controlling report and analysis, including data consolidation, deviation analysis and comment collection etc

Co-ordinate Budget and Forecast process of GC, communication between global and local about budget guidance, process, result etc.; GC GF cost planning, consolidation and analysis

Co-ordinate with Tax department for the transfer price validation and analysis; support the inter-co charge calculation and analysis

Support business units controlling, providing business analysis including P&L, working capital, cost view etc

Support plant or site business/operational controlling, providing analysis to site business or operation upon requirement

Other adhoc project support
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling or General Ledger functions; experience within the manufacturing or chemical industries is considered an advantage.

Proficient in office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP is required; familiarity with Product Costing or working in a production environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
