专业 (Professionals)Accounting / Financial Management
经验/履历 (Working Experience)+3 years experience in finance or accounting
专业技能 (Professional Skills)1. Interest not only in accounting and finance, but also in using financial data to manage and improve the business；
2. Willingness to handle a wide range of finance and accounting tasks (this position does not allow fixation on a single responsibility)
3. Basic accounting knowledge (equivalent to general bookkeeping level)
4. Gain a solid understanding of the company’s overall financial structure and cash flow through hands-on experience
5. Develop from someone who “records numbers” into someone who can analyze, explain, and propose actions based on financial data
6. In the medium to long term, become a key member who supports the CEO and management team from a financial perspective
7. Basic tax knowledge is preferred

岗位职责描述（Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)
1，Mission: This role follows a rotation-based development model. The primary focus is Finance BP Assistant, with planned exposure to credit control, accounting operations, and general accounting. The goal is to build a holistic understanding of the business and finance — not to perform repetitive operational tasks long-term
2， As Finance BP assistant (Primary Role):
- Collect and manage the business data (Order/sales etc.) and generate various reports.
- Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control.
- Contribute to the development of annual budget and plans; can analyze the key activities/projects's financial impact.
- Work with stakeholders and deliver the request/information/schedule from HQ
- Adhoc work assigned from manager
3，Rotation Mechanism (Phased Exposure)
- Participate in credit control, accounting operations, and general accounting as business needs require
- Gain hands-on understanding of how each finance function impacts cash flow and business decisions
