我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、积极主动的战略采购经理（Strategic Sourcing Manager），加入我们的全球采购团队。该职位负责开发和管理中国供应商资源，推动全球采购项目，并与国际团队紧密合作，为全球市场提供高质量的工业产品。
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager based in China to support our global sourcing and supplier development initiatives. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, managing strategic sourcing projects, and working closely with international teams to ensure world-class product quality and competitive costs.
主要职责 | Key Responsibilities中文
- 开发、评估并管理中国地区优质制造商及供应商。
- 负责工业及技术产品采购，包括但不限于：
- 手动工具（Hand Tools）
- 电动工具（Power Tools）
- 黄油枪及润滑设备（Grease Guns & Lubrication Equipment）
- 汽车配件（Automotive Accessories）
- 车间设备（Workshop Equipment）
- 工业五金及相关产品
- 执行供应商审核、工厂评估及现场验厂。
- 负责询价（RFQ）、报价分析、成本比较及商务谈判。
- 与研发、质量、供应链及产品管理团队协同推进新品开发及项目落地。
- 跟踪供应商绩效，确保产品质量、交付及成本满足公司要求。
- 持续推动供应商开发、成本优化及供应链多元化。
- 解决供应商质量、交期及商务问题。
- 关注行业市场趋势及制造资源变化，持续寻找优质供应商。
English
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable manufacturers and suppliers across China.
- Source industrial and engineering products including Hand Tools, Power Tools, Grease Guns, Lubrication Equipment, Automotive Accessories, Workshop Equipment, and Industrial Hardware.
- Conduct supplier audits, factory evaluations, and capability assessments.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive supplier development, cost optimization, and localization initiatives.
- Resolve supplier quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
任职资格 | Qualifications中文
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业优先。
- 5–10年以上采购、供应商开发或战略采购经验。
- 熟悉工业产品采购，如手动工具、电动工具、润滑设备、汽车零部件或工业五金。
- 熟悉中国制造业供应链及供应商管理流程。
- 具备优秀的商务谈判、成本分析及项目管理能力。
- 能够适应中国境内出差，进行工厂审核及供应商拜访。
English
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of sourcing or procurement experience in industrial or engineering products.
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, manufacturing processes, and cost analysis.
- Experience working with international sourcing teams is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
语言要求 | Language Requirement必须具备良好的英语沟通能力（听、说、读、写）。
由于该职位需要与海外团队、工程团队及国际供应商进行日常沟通，英语为必备技能（English proficiency is mandatory）。
Mandarin (Chinese) must be native or fluent, and candidates must possess strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
