Sales Engineer (He Fei)
工作职责 / Job Description:
- Responsible for marketing and sales services of Pepperl + Fuchs products in correspond area.
- Under the leadership of the office manager, work with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Able to independently provide feasible solutions and product training to customers.
- Sign supply contracts with customers, and be responsible for ensuring contract execution and collecting payments.
- Understand and accept company culture, company policies, and the rules and regulations related to sales.
- Collect and feedback key product market information.
- Able to develop new customers and new industry business.
- Submit qualified CRM reports and complete weekly target customer visit rate.
- 负责相应区域倍加福（Pepperl + Fuchs）产品的市场营销和销售服务；
- 在办事处经理领导下，与同事合作一起实现团队的目标；
- 能够独立给客户提供可行的解决方案和产品培训；
- 与客户签订供货合同,负责落实执行情况和货款的回收；
- 了解并接受公司文化，公司政策，以及与销售相关的规章制度；
- 搜集并反馈关键产品市场信息；
- 具备一定的新行业，新客户业务开发能力；
提交合格的客户关系管理报告和完成每周的目标客户拜访率。

任职要求 /Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrical/automation or related major.
- 2-3 years working experience related to factory automation, industrial automation product or sensor sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in automotive, lithium battery, semiconductor, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, marketing ability and team work spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, team work spirit.
- Have fast learning ability, can grasp all kinds of company product knowledge as soon as possible.
- 本科及以上机械/电气/自动化或相关专业教育背景；
- 2-3年与工厂自动化有关的工作经验，有工业自动化产品或传感器销售经验者优先；
- 有汽车/锂电/半导体等相关行业工作经验优先；
- 优秀的沟通技巧，市场开拓能力以及团队合作精神；
- 有能力承担工作压力，态度积极，有团队合作意识；
- 有快速学习能力，能尽快掌握各类公司产品知识。
